This is excellent. Lovely light, and it was certainly the right decision not to zoom in on the waiting passengers - all that space lends a very distinctive atmosphere to the scene. I would normally argue that a photo should speak for itself and that general location and year are the only details needed. But under certain circumstances a little context can be effective, as shown here - 'second class bus terminal' certainly adds poignancy to this shot.
